Crafted Chaos Box offers both one-time purchases and subscription purchase options.
Below is a clear summary of how each works.

Subscription Purchases

When you select a subscription option, you authorize Crafted Chaos Box to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the interval selected (monthly or prepaid gift options).

Billing Schedule

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Renew monthly on the same date as your original purchase.

  • Prepaid Gift Subscriptions: Paid upfront for the full term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

  • After the prepaid term ends, gift subscriptions do not renew automatically.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your customer portal (sent via email after purchase), or

  2. Email us at support@craftedchaosbox.com

Important Notes

  • Cancellations apply to future renewals only.

  • If your renewal has already processed, that month’s box will still ship as scheduled.

  • Prepaid gift subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded after the first box ships.

Skipping Months

Subscribers may skip a month at any time.
Skipped months must be completed before the next renewal date.

Updating Payment or Address

You may update your delivery address, payment method, or subscription plan through the customer portal.
