At Crafted Chaos Box, each box is carefully curated, packed, and shipped with love. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, we will make it right.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your box arrives with damaged items or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item or packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement item or credit your account as needed.

Returns

Because our boxes contain curated craft supplies, seasonal items, and digital preparation prior to shipping, we do not accept returns on delivered boxes.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled any time before your next renewal date.

  • If you cancel after your renewal has processed, that month’s box will still ship as scheduled.

  • Future renewals will be stopped.

Gift Boxes

Gift Boxes and prepaid gift subscriptions are non-refundable once shipped but may be replaced if damaged.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check around porches, garages, or alternate delivery spots

  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early

If still missing, contact us and we will help start a carrier search.
